Tia Reid, better known as Flawless Beauti By Tia, is a Licensed Aesthetician that specializes in perfecting brows and providing results driven, ethical skincare treatments. Tia became licensed in 2017 and currently practices in the east valley in Gilbert, Arizona.

 

Tia took a big leap of faith in 2017 by opening her own beauti bar called Flawless Beauti and Nail Bar in Gilbert, Arizona. Tia's goal when creating Flawless Beauti and Nail Bar was to create a one stop shop for beauti needs by providing nail care, brow care, waxing care and skin care services! Flawless was successful in it's own right, however, after careful thought, and future goal planning Tia decided to move forward in a different direction and to focus her attention solely on aesthetics and building her Flawless Beauti brand. Tia sold her beauti bar in 2020 and opened her solo Aesthetics Practice, Flawless Beauti By Tia, LLC.

Tia is very passionate and dedicated to helping her clients look and feel beautiful and secure in their own skin. Tia works countless hours perfecting treatments and continuing her education through specialized advanced courses in order to stay up to date with the ever evolving aesthetics world.
